You have no idea how much I appreciate that.

When I first started out writing, my goal was to bring literary prose to the fantasy genre…I got some publications which is really cool but people didn’t seem to care much for the language. It’s been my experience that fantasy readers are less concerned with the prose and more concerned with an economic telling of the story. It was kind of disappointing to me, after the absurd number of hours I put into the words.
