John Doe is great. You ever hear the two songs he did for the “I’m Not There” soundtrack? He did “I’m Pressing On” and “St. Augustine.” Both good, but his take on “I’m Pressing On” is amazing. IT’s an overtly Christian-themed song, but I don’t think you need to be a Christian (I’m not in any usual sense) to appreciate it.
