I just read the book in one sitting. Fantastic. I’m going to write a proper review, but just wanted to say that. Honestly, a fantastic fucking book. Your descriptive power is phenomenal. Kristy is one of my favorite characters in literary history. I say all of this with zero blowing of smoke up your ass.

I wasn’t born Reservation Trash…but I was born White Trash…and I grew up with the same revilement for pity and handouts that Kristy has.
