Great list. Another valuable lesson I learned from running: When the finish line seems so far away that you can’t make it, focus on the next obstacle that you know you can reach. Don’t even try to make it to the end…just make it to the next driveway, to the next tree, to the next mailbox…

..and the crazy thing is, if you do that, you end up getting all the way to the finish line :)
