“Baby, mellow my mind
Make me feel
like a schoolboy on good times,
Juggling nickels and dimes,
Satisfied with a fish on the line”

— Neil Young “Mellow My Mind.”

Every now and then I set aside a night to drink beer and listen to Neil Young’s album Tonight’s the Night. He made the album while mourning the overdose deaths of two friends. Initially it wasn’t expected to ever be released…he and the band were just letting out their grief. It’s a powerfully “blue” album, yet the sadness I feel when I listen to it is strangely beautiful and appealing…hard to put a name on the feeling, but I think you did a good job expressing it here.

Anyway, that’s my long winded way of saying “I getcha.”

Good piece.
