At this point I'm pretty sure Medium is just aggressively pushing the most outlandish political content it can muster, anyway. Seriously, no matter how many publications or writers I block, these political pieces (nearly universally biased and poorly reasoned) just keep appearing. I don't count on Medium for much of anything far as that goes, anymore. I try to find new writers manually. time consuming, but at least I can find something other than politics.
