After a lifetime of sports and hard physical activity with little to no stretching, I do believe my body is starting to suffer the effects. I’m having a lot of problems with my feet and legs, and while I can’t be sure, I suspect my lack of stretching through my life is to blame. Hopefully it’s not too late to get things back to good. I’ve been stretching with every workout for the past couple of months. Stay in school, kids…and stretch! ha.
